What makes a best eye care practice
By mining the reviews of eye doctors on All About Vision, we found some common themes. The best eye care practices across the country are those that make the patient feel comfortable, heard and valued.
For many people, having an eye exam is a nerve-wracking experience. Offices with welcoming staff and a calming environment were noticed and appreciated by visitors.
Additionally, patients who claimed that the doctor took time to listen to their concerns and answer their questions said they were more likely to return in the future.
When you’re choosing your eye doctor, location matters, of course, but so does the individual attention and quality of care that you will receive. This focus on you, the patient, is important, whether you are having your eyes examined or getting a new pair of eyeglasses.
One way to find the best eye care practices in your state or area is to look at the reviews of eye doctors near you on All About Vision. If patients are happy with the care they received, chances are you will be, too.
