Amy Hellem, Eye Health Contributor

Amy Hellem is an editor, writer and researcher who specializes in clinical and marketing content development, education and training. She works in the eye care, EENT and veterinary medicine fields and is president of Hellem Consulting, LLC.

Previously she worked at Jobson Medical Information, where she served as editor-in-chief of Review of Optometry and Review of Cornea & Contact Lenses. She was also the chief community officer, maintaining the professional content that appeared each day on the company's website and social networking platform. Her other positions in eye care publishing include education director and director of special projects at Jobson Medical Information and managing editor at Boucher Communications.

Ms. Hellem graduated magna cum laude with a BA in English at Marywood College (now Marywood University) in Scranton, Pa. She completed the Honor's Program and Thesis after studying abroad.
