Dr. Joshua Davidson, originally from Bay City, Michigan, now calls Baton Rouge home. At Williamson Eye Center, he manages some of the most complex dry eye cases and has helped build its Dry Eye Center into one of the largest specialty dry eye practices in the country. He is also one of the nation’s highest-volume scleral lens fitters and was the first Fellow of the Scleral Lens Society (FSLS) in a three-state region. Dr. Davidson remains the only FSLS in Louisiana. His expertise in dry eye and scleral lenses draws patients from across multiple states.
Dr. Davidson is a sought-after national speaker and is involved in clinical research and education with multiple industry partners.
Beyond clinical practice, he is a developer, co-owner and CEO of several companies. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, strength training, entrepreneurship, spending time with his son, Brooks, and goldendoodle, Buddy — and watching his alma mater, the University of Michigan, annually embarrass Ohio State each fall.
