James E. Sheedy, OD, PhD

Dr. Sheedy is Dean of the College of Optometry at Pacific University. He was formerly an Associate Clinical Professor at The Ohio State University, where he headed the Vision Ergonomics Research Laboratory and was also Director of the Computer Eye Clinic. He has been a pioneer in the area of vision problems at computers with both research and clinical implementation. He has written more than 100 articles for scientific and clinical publications and is widely recognized as a leader in vision performance and comfort.
