Frank Celia, Contributing Writer

Frank has sixteen years of writing and editing experience. He worked as a general assignment reporter and photographer for various newspapers in New Jersey before joining the staff of Review of Ophthalmology in 1996. From there he moved to Andrews Publications, where he edited newsletters covering legal and regulatory affairs in the medical device industry and environmental law. Since 2000, he has freelanced in a broad range of fields, including eye care, dermatology, orthopedics, psychiatry, manufacturing, and law. Frank is based in the Philadelphia area.
