To put it simply, no. Medicare will not cover glasses for your children. According to the Medicare government website, Medicare is only for people over 65 and certain younger individuals with disabilities.

What vision insurance is available for children?
There are both private and public insurance plans that will cover eye exams and glasses for kids.
Public health insurance
Medicaid covers the costs of eye exams and eyeglasses for children under 21 who are eligible for Medicaid's Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) benefits
The Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) is a state and federal partnership that provides low-cost health insurance coverage for children in families who earn too much income to qualify for Medicaid but cannot afford to purchase private health insurance coverage.
