All About Vision - The Magazine
San Diego, Calif., May 15, 2012 The first issue of All About Vision - The Magazine mailed this week, headed for 40,000 eye care practices and optical retailers as a supplement to Vision Care Product News (VCPN). The consumer-education publication is a collaboration between AllAboutVision.com and VCPN publisher First Vision Media Group.
The Vision Council is the exclusive sponsor of the inaugural issue as well as the second installment, set for October of this year.
All About Vision - The Magazine is intended to help eye care practitioners educate patients about eye health, proper eye care and the many products that can enhance their vision and their lives. Reception-area use of the magazine can impact patients when they are most receptive to learning about eye health, and can prompt patients to ask questions of their eye care practitioner during the visit.
The publication can also be mailed by practices directly to patients, and bulk pricing is available as well as options for custom printing.
Online for more than 12 years, AllAboutVision.com has become the premier online source of unbiased patient education about eye health and vision correction. The site served more than 350,000 unique visitors last week and more than 15 million visitors are anticipated this year.
