More About NuVision Laser
Dr. Lori Moore is the founder, president, and chief surgeon of NuVision Laser. She has personally selected and trained her staff members to focus on providing each patient optimal vision results after surgery. For LASIK surgery, Dr. Moore uses the VISX Star4 excimer laser system. This wavefront-guided custom laser system uses WaveScan digital technology to precisely measure the optical characteristics of the cornea. The laser then creates a customized laser beam profile and the 3D eye-tracking system accurately tracks the eye while vision is corrected. For correction of near reading vision, CK (conductive keratoplasty) surgery is offered.
Dr. Moore is also an excellent cataract implant surgeon using the "no stitch" surgical technique. The newest in intraocular lens (IOL) technology is used, including IOLs that simultaneously correct for reading and distance vision.

More About Dr. Moore
Lori Moore, MD, completed her undergraduate degree at Stanford University and her medical degree at the University of California at San Francisco Medical School. After completing her residency in ophthalmology, Dr. Moore performed specialty fellowship training in cornea and refractive surgery at the prestigious Kresge Eye Institute in Detroit. She has been in private practice since 1991 and is an active member of the major ophthalmology organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
