Jay Lustbader, MD, earned his undergraduate degree with honors, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. He completed medical school and performed his residency in ophthalmology at the world-renowned Johns Hopkins University, School of Medicine. He also completed specialty fellowship training in cornea and refractive surgery at the Georgetown University Medical Center. He is the Chairman of the Department of Ophthalmology, Director of Cornea Service, and Director of the Residency Program at the Georgetown University Hospital he performs surgery at the Rockville, MD Office and has completed more than 13,000 procedures.
W. Neil Wills, MD, FACS, earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, School of Arts and Sciences. He completed his medical degree at the University of Virginia, School of Medicine, where he was awarded an Academic Merit Scholarship eight times. He performed his residency in ophthalmology at the Storm Eye Institute at the Medical University of South Carolina, where he served as chief resident his final year. He is a Fellow of the prestigious American College of Surgeons he performs surgery at all three locations in the Washington, DC area and has completed more than 59,000 procedures.
Both of the surgeons are board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and active members of major medical and ophthalmology organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
