Thomas Henderson, MD, FACS, received his Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Dr. Henderson completed his residency in ophthalmology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American College of Eye Surgeons, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the American Medical Association, among several other professional organizations.
