More About Vision Correction at LASIK Today Vision
The surgeons at LASIK Today Vision are committed to providing their patients with the safest, most effective treatments. This is why they use advanced IntraLase technology when performing all-laser (bladeless) LASIK. The IntraLase procedure uses a special laser instead of a blade to complete the first step of LASIK surgery – the creation of a corneal flap. IntraLase technology allows the surgeon to customize the flap to the patient's eye, which improves safety and enhances surgical outcomes.
To further improve vision correction results, the surgeons at LASIK Today Vision use sophisticated WaveFront technology. This scientific breakthrough allows them to create a 3-D map of the patient's eye, which is as unique to each patient as his or her fingerprints.
LASIK Today Vision's surgeons can also help patients who are not candidates for standard LASIK procedures. For example, Epi-LASIK and PRK are viable alternatives for many people whose corneas are too thin for LASIK surgery. In addition to laser vision correction, LASIK Today Vision offers conductive keratoplasty (CK), Visian implantable Collamer lenses, Intacs and cataract surgery.
