Jack T. Holladay, MD, MSEE

Jack T. Holladay, MD is a world-renowned board-certified ophthalmologist who has devoted his life to the research, development, education and application of procedures to surgically correct the eye. He was recently acknowledged as one of the "Best Doctors in America," "Top Doctors in Houston" by Inside Houston magazine, and as "Who's Who" in Texas and across the United States.

Dr. Holladay is in high demand to speak and educate on a worldwide basis about LASIK and other types of refractive surgery technology. He has received the highest commendation from the FDA for his service as an advisor and panel member, where much of the newest technology is developed. He is a Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at Baylor College of Medicine and has received the Distinguished Alumnus Award from University of Texas Medical School in Houston.

Using wavefront technology, each patient is measured and corrected to maximum precision. Dr. Holladay's Background

Dr. Holladay has a Master's Degree in engineering, invents, teaches and is a physician. He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees in electrical engineering from Southern Methodist University. His medical degree came as part of the first on-campus class at The University of Texas Medical School in Houston. He performed his residency in ophthalmology at Hermann Hospital, University of Texas Medical Center.

He has published more than 100 scientific articles and 30 book chapters, and he has served as editor for five books. He has received numerous awards and medals for his achievements from virtually every major ophthalmology organization around the world and from agencies of the United States government. He is truly a Man of Vision.
