More About Evergreen Eye Center
The entire staff at Evergreen Eye Center is dedicated to providing patients with the highest level of eye care possible. From routine exams to highly specialized treatments, they are committed to preserving and improving the vision of their patients.
Evergreen Eye Center's physicians provide a wide array of vision correction procedures. For LASIK, they use the VISX STAR S4 excimer laser system. This modern technology incorporates WaveFront technology and iris registration software in addition to the excimer laser. WaveFront technology measures and identifies imperfections in a patient's eye. This allows the doctor to calibrate the laser more precisely so that the patient receives accurate, individualized treatment. Iris registration software ensures that the laser is positioned properly on the patient's eye during the entire LASIK procedure, regardless of eye movements.
Patients at Evergreen Eye Center can also receive other forms of laser vision correction surgery, including LASEK and photorefractive keratectomy (PRK). For cataract patients, the center offers several brands of the newest technology, intraocular lenses (IOLS), including Crystalens®, ReSTOR® and ReZoom®. Treatment for glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration is also available at Evergreen Eye Center.
