Dr. William Boothe graduated from Rice University in Houston with his undergraduate degree. He went on to the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School for his medical degree and serviced his residency in ophthalmology at the Texas Tech School of Medicine. He has completed extensive training, including a specialty fellowship in cornea and refractive surgery at UCLA's Jules Stein Eye Institute.
