Drs. Backgrounds of Drs. Buckley and Danzo

Dr. Britt A. Buckley received his medical degree from the University of Kansas, School of Medicine in 1979 and conducted his Flexible Medical Internship at St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Buckley completed his residency in ophthalmology at the Medical College of Virginia and moved to Colorado that same year (1983). He has studied refractive surgery techniques extensively, working with the world-renowned RK pioneer Leo Bores and studying excimer laser surgery in Europe in 1992 and 1993.

Dr. Mark Danzo completed his Bachelor of Science in biology at the State University of New York at Cortland and a Doctorate of Optometry at the New England College of Optometry in Boston. He is widely recognized as a leader in the field of clinical management and marketing of LASIK and is sought as a lecturer at ophthalmic meetings and as a teacher for other practices.
