More About Vision Correction at Eye Consultants' Spokane Office
Eye Consultants is a state-of-the-art vision correction facility that has provided the highest quality care to patients from Washington State and the Inland Northwest for more than 25 years. The staff provides personalized pre- and post-operative care in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. As ophthalmologists with training in refractive surgery, Drs. Fillmore and Cohen are trained to diagnose and treat all types of eye problems, from examining eyes for glasses and contact lenses to diagnosing disease, prescribing medication and performing laser eye surgery.
Drs. Fillmore and Cohen offer their patients traditional LASIK and CustomVue LASIK, the latter of which is based on WaveScan technology, which generates a comprehensive range of diagnostic information about each patient's vision. Whereas traditional LASIK has proven capable of providing patients with the same level of vision as their glasses or contact lenses, CustomVue LASIK elicits the finest possible vision correction results. Drs. Fillmore and Cohen also offer their patients NearVision CK, the only non-laser, FDA-approved technology for improving near vision. This popular treatment incorporates gentle radio waves that re-shape a patient's cornea to correct reading vision. Another exciting new offering is cataract refractive surgery, which helps to recapture youthful vision up close, for distance and everywhere in between.
