Chris A. Knobbe, MD, earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Colorado and a medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver. After completing an internship at Denver Presbyterian and St. Luke's hospitals, Dr. Knobbe completed a three-year ophthalmology residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver that included rotations at University Hospital, Denver General Hospital, Children's Hospital, Veteran's Administration Medical Center and Porter Memorial Hospital. Dr. Knobbe's advanced training and impeccable surgical record have allowed him to achieve memberships with many prominent organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the American Medical Association, the Texas Medical Association, the Texas Ophthalmological Association and the Grayson County Medical Society.
